Payment Terms
You agree to pay all applicable fees for your use of the Services. All payments are due in full at the beginning of each billing cycle. DataHubz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for failure to make timely payments.
Changes to Fees
DataHubz reserves the right to change the fees for the Services at any time. You will be notified of any changes to the subscription fees at least 30 days in advance.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
DataHubz retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use DataHubz’s trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
User Content
You retain all rights to your Content. By submitting Content to the Services, you grant DataHubz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute the Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and delivering the Services.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to DataHubz regarding the Services are considered non-confidential and may be used by DataHubz without any obligation to compensate you.
Data Privacy and Security

DataHubz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and DataHubz cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
Termination
Termination by User
You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings.
Termination by DataHubz
DataHubz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms or non-payment.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. You are responsible for exporting any Content you wish to retain prior to termination. DataHubz may retain and use Content as necessary for compliance with legal obligations or internal policies.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranty
The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. DataHubz makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataHubz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataHubz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights.
Changes to the Terms
DataHubz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms or through other means. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
