In the landscape of enterprise software, certain years stand apart, not for what was sold, but for what was built. For DataHubz, 2025 was that year.
We did not set out to create another compliance tool. We set out to answer a harder question: What if compliance was not a process to endure, but infrastructure to rely on?
This is the story of how that question shaped everything we built, every partnership we formed, and every milestone we achieved.
Redefining the Mission: Compliance as Infrastructure
The year began with a decision that would define everything that followed.
We recognized a fundamental problem in the compliance industry: despite decades of investment, compliance remains expensive, confusing, and slow. The root cause became clear. In most organizations, compliance has been reduced to paperwork. Documents gathered once a year. Evidence collected in spreadsheets. Audits that feel like archaeology projects.
We understood that compliance could not be fixed with better forms or faster document collection. Compliance requires its own infrastructure. Its own set of purpose-built technologies designed from first principles for continuous, real-time, and verifiable assurance.
2025 was the year we built the foundation. 2026 is the year that foundation becomes widely accessible.
This insight became our north star. We began building not just software, but an end-to-end infrastructure combining automation, intelligence, advanced data management, analytics, and high-performance computing technologies, all purpose-built for compliance.
Throughout 2025, we developed these solutions, battle-tested them with early adopters, refined based on real-world feedback, and emerged with a powerful and growing arsenal of compliance technologies. Not more complexity. Not unjustifiable costs. True clarity, measurable performance, and real results.
A New Category: What Compliance Technologies Means
We are not simply building tools. We are reframing what compliance can be.
Traditional compliance is reactive, periodic, and trust-dependent. The model we are building is fundamentally different:
| Traditional Compliance | Compliance Infrastructure |
|---|---|
| Annual audit cycles | Continuous monitoring |
| Trust-based verification | Cryptographically verifiable |
| Evidence collection after the fact | Real-time evidence generation |
| Manual documentation | Automated, intelligent workflows |
| Privacy vs. transparency tradeoff | Privacy-preserving by design |
This is not incremental improvement. It is a category shift, from compliance as a burden to compliance as a capability that organizations can build upon.

Strategic Milestones
Exponential Impact: Clarity and Momentum
We had the privilege of joining the XI Start Spring 2025 cohort at Exponential Impact. This three-month program provided an invaluable opportunity to refine our vision, learn from experienced mentors, stress-test our assumptions, and grow within a community of entrepreneurs and visionaries.
The experience brought us clarity and rhythm. We graduated in July, the same month we launched our platform. The timing was not coincidental; the program gave us the focus and momentum to ship.
AWS for Startups and NVIDIA Inception
We are honored to have been accepted into both the AWS for Startups program and the NVIDIA Inception program. These partnerships provide critical support as we push the boundaries of privacy-preserving AI and accelerated computing.
Through AWS for Startups, we gain access to cloud infrastructure, technical guidance, and go-to-market resources that accelerate our development and deployment capabilities. The NVIDIA Inception program connects us with cutting-edge GPU computing resources and expertise essential for our high-performance secure computing initiatives.
These programs validate our technical direction and provide the infrastructure foundation our compliance technologies require. Privacy-preserving AI inference and accelerated computing are not optional features for our mission; they are core requirements. AWS and NVIDIA are helping us deliver on that vision.
Investors: The Right Partners for the Journey
We believe that the journey matters more when it is shared, and that if you want to go far, you must go together.
From the beginning, we knew we needed partners to fulfill our mission. But not just any partners. The mission, the vision, the values: these had to be protected. We could not afford to have the wrong people join our journey.
We are fortunate to have found the right match: vision-aligned, results-oriented, and quality-driven angel investors who understood, believed in, and supported what we are building. Not capital partners, but conviction partners.
We are honored to be going together from the start, positioned to go far.

Building the Cryptographic Trust Layer
Thrive Horizen Funding: Hubz VCE
DataHubz was selected as a Thrive Horizen funded project, a transformative milestone in our mission to revolutionize compliance through cryptographic verification.
This funding enabled us to build Hubz VCE (Verifiable Compliance Evidence), a cryptographic trust layer built on Horizen that fundamentally changes how organizations demonstrate compliance.
Traditional compliance operates on trust: trust auditors, trust vendors, trust documentation. Regulators operate under "trust but cannot verify" constraints. There is no way to independently verify compliance without requiring full access to sensitive organizational data.
Hubz VCE eliminates this limitation. Through cryptographic anchoring, zero-knowledge proofs, and trusted execution environments, organizations can now prove compliance without exposing confidential data. Auditors verify mathematically, not by assumption.
How Hubz VCE Works
Cryptographic Anchoring: Every evidence submission, signature, and control completion is anchored to blockchain infrastructure, creating an immutable, tamper-proof audit trail.
Zero-Knowledge Proofs: Organizations prove compliance without exposing confidential data. Verification occurs cryptographically while preserving complete data privacy.
Trusted Execution Environments: Confidential computation occurs within secure enclaves, ensuring sensitive operations remain protected while generating verifiable proofs.
Blockchain Immutability: All compliance evidence becomes independently auditable without requiring access to underlying sensitive systems.
zkVerify Integration: Proof Over Paperwork
Through our integration with zkVerify, a dedicated network optimized for verifying zero-knowledge proofs, DataHubz can now convert key compliance statements into cryptographically verifiable proofs.
The result is a new foundation for compliance: proof, not paperwork.
Organizations can make claims like "this policy was approved by the required parties" or "this control requirement was satisfied" and back them with proofs that verifiers can check without accessing identities, configurations, or proprietary details.
This is a critical shift. In traditional audits, proof requires disclosure. With zero-knowledge verification, proof requires only mathematics.

This recognition opens doors to global partnerships and validates our position within the international technology ecosystem.
The Road Was Not Easy
We would be remiss not to acknowledge the challenges.
Beyond the cryptographic layer, we built fundamental technologies that set DataHubz apart. Privacy-preserving AI became a core pillar of our approach. The industry has largely adopted AI the wrong way: users oversharing personal and confidential information, security and privacy violated on a daily basis, making true compliance impossible. We refused to follow that path. We built our own models, our own workflows, our own inference pipelines. We stayed away from vanilla AI solutions and built proprietary systems instead. We invested in advanced data management techniques, architecting strategic approaches to how compliance data flows, transforms, and remains protected. We pushed the boundaries of high-performance computing to unlock privacy-enhancing technologies at scale. This was not the easy path. It was the necessary one.
Building cryptographic compliance infrastructure is technically complex. The regulatory landscape remains ambiguous in many areas. Market education is an ongoing effort; many organizations have not yet encountered the concept of verifiable compliance.
These challenges did not discourage us. They reinforced why the work matters. Every technical hurdle overcome, every skeptical conversation that ended in understanding, every early adopter who saw the vision: these moments confirmed we are building something necessary.
The difficulty is the point. If this were easy, it would already exist.

New Partnerships Forming
As we write this review, discussions are underway for partnerships that will take compliance technologies further. The ecosystem is growing, and we are honored to be at its center.
Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond
2025 was a year of building. We laid foundations: technical, strategic, and philosophical. We proved that compliance can be continuous rather than periodic. Verifiable rather than trust-dependent. Privacy-preserving rather than privacy-sacrificing.
But foundations exist to be built upon.
In 2026, this infrastructure becomes accessible. The technologies we developed will reach the organizations that need them most. The partnerships we formed will deliver real value to real businesses. The research we conducted will translate into production systems.
We are grateful to our investors, partners, early adopters, and the entire team who made this year possible. Your belief in what we are building gave us the conviction to pursue it.
The compliance industry has operated on trust for decades. We are building an alternative: an industry that operates on proof.
Welcome to the future of verifiable compliance.
