Sony Ericsson Flagship Phone XPERIA X10 Available by Feb 2010
Sony Ericsson made a press release first week of November regarding their latest flagship mobile phone, the EXPERIA X10. They’re showcasing a so-called revolution in social media, communication and entertainment.
XPERIA X10 operates on a modified Android Donut 1.6 platform called User eXperience (UX), which features SE’s signature applications like Timescape and Mediascape. Timescape puts together your communications and social networking apps like your Tweeter tweets, Facebook status updates, calls and text messages. While Mediascape enhance your multimedia experience with your music, videos and photos. It can actually make track suggestions according to your taste of songs, and also have a face recognition that automatically tags your friends’ faces in photos. It also allows you to instantly call your friends by just tapping on their faces when viewing their pictures.
SE XPERIA X10 cases in the 1GHz processor Qualcomm Snapdragon and an 8.1 megapixel camera with a 480 x 854 pixels (WVGA) screen display. It supports GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections. It comes with a free 8GB microSD and Sony Ericsson’s new Wireless Stereo Headset with a built-in FM Radio, the WM600.
Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 will be available in the market by February 2010 in the UK.
